young fella stopped by said no one would give him permission to trap. well heck with that. I told him trap the creek and so far he has caught 3 beavers and one coon. I felt kind of guilty, but maybe not. he is having a ball and for me it would have been just a job needed done. sounds like a win/win to me.

Bob, we all know those are your two favorite to trap. Takes a stand-up guy to let him have first crack at them. Selling any trees?

tons of trees. best year ever. going to close for the season either after next week end or for sure the one after. good deal, gets me west while there still a few coyotes left. the beaver trapper even brought me the carcasses for pee feed after he de-castor`d them and skinned them. while we were out waiting on the school bus yesterday we see a deer ran out of the woods that the beaver trapper must have run out walking up the creek to ck his traps. didn`t talk to him yesterday so don`t know what he caught. now I do feel guilty.

It great when a plan comes together. Tell Nathan the wife loves his honey. She's using a sthingyful at a time, makes it last longer. Says it the best she ever tasted. Told her that's because it's not be altered, the real deal. I already been ordered to procure more next year. Put me on the list.

you are on. he sold out the first week end (last) we opened. folks been used to eating the honey made from cane sugar or the molasses watered down and called honey, or the nutse from china that sells as "from the usa" have no clue what real honey tastes like.

How the hell do you guys sell out of honey ? Every other driveway here (SE IN. ) has a "Honey and Brown Eggs" sign out. The eggs are up to $2.50/dz....but I'm seeing a lot setting on the Facebook pages at that price. My only bee colony died off this summer. Good riddance. 3 years of them...couldn't even mow past the hive w/ out getting attacked. More trouble than they're worth. www.predatorplus.com

The honey collectors here in VA have it sold before they can even get it bottled. It goes quick.

you have to realize real honey is not the watered down molasses they sell at wally world or in the smuckers packets at steak and shake. that junk comes in 55 gallon drums from india and china and the stores put "usa product" on it. they lie like rugs! update on sam the young trapper, he caught a big buck mink and 4 more coons. he is flying high and I am for him
