with the warm spell he set 6 traps yesterday and today had 5 coon, right here on this place. says he thinks he is up to 27 coon now just off our place. he`s over at the barn putting them up right now.

2 the next day and 2 more yesterday. gets him to 31 coon just off our place. that is a lot of coon for this small a property. I`m glad to get rid of them and glad to see him having so much fun doing it.

Its amazing how thick the coon get when prices are low. Better for him to take them than disease.

he just brought in 8 more coons! one was coal black fur all the way tip to tip.

until I hear otherwise I say those are world record skunk pods. each one big as a tennis ball and they fill my whole hand. got 4 oz out of them and the son of a gun squirted repeatedly in the process of doing it in. no idea what he would have had if not squirted. this was a western skunk I estimated at just as big as the avg indiana coon. will get sam`s fur pic to dave shortly.

Those are the biggest pods I have ever seen by far!
