What are you doing with that 'southern gold' Tim? hahahaha
Nailing fire out of them things right now in the middle of town, they are migrating, won't be many more decades and you'll have them in IN. im sure!
Go to MS. Bob like everybody else, you can get 50.00 a head for coyotes down there, lmao. I drive around everyday counting how many dead ones i see in the roads now, how close to house's/towns/citys they are, etc. Knowing what is coming my way one day! Of course they will wait until superman himself couldn't solve the population problem in the urban area's then want me to do it over night!
There is no such thing as wildlife management anymore in my opinion!

good golly , I agree! I saw on tman some dnr suck up wanted us here in indiana to contact our legislators about a deer bill that would take deer mgmnt from the dnr. he says you want someone else to manage deer, or the dnr by biologist? lol, ya, like they made their b.s. coyote laws based on "biology"? what joke. dnr here are antis imo . period. they screwed the trappers and farmers and the states economy and now want our support on a deer law. I disagree dnr!

That bill is i think 1585 basicly it says that the top 30 countys with the most road kills the dnr will haft to doulbe the season time to hunt and deer you can kill. Problem with that is the cost to do it. Most hunters kill a buck and don't even want the meat so never kill a doe. The ones that hunt for meat take them to be cut so add 100 to the cost of licsence and they don't want many more. I could as a land owner kill 5 with out a licsense but what do i do with 5 deer?So i don,t think it will do any thing to cut the herd back unless they say pay for one and kill as many as you want.

Im all for the "earn a buck" program, where you have to kill a doe before you can take a buck.

bring them to me and I`ll feed them to the pee foxes. if the rescession gets worse I imagine everyone will be eating deer again, and `possum and anything else that won`t eat them first. anyone know or hear storys from their granddads if wardens were active arresting poachers in the great dsepression of the 30`s? I figure if it gets that bad again most wardens would look the other way, or at least look away for a share of the meat.
