The biggest size listed is 65"
Is there any advantage stretching them as big as possible. or is it better to keep them just slightly larger than 65" so the fur stays denser??

0-1 are sold together, knowing this you can stretch for dollar rather then just for size. Once you are over the 65 inch size keep the beaver loose but not slack. Most true 3xl are generally not that well furred. Nail the beaver on the largest pattern you should be able to grab the middle of the pelt and have a handful of beaver. In order to dry you need to leave the beaver flat on the table over night. If you stand the board on end it could sag down and give a rather funny stretch. Cheers Jim
