Welcome WindyRidge and others
Just came in about the beaver from another source
The beaver sale just ended. Clearances were much better and grade for grade ahead of the other guys.

Were those grey foxes 'heavies' or more of your standard variety? That sounds real good.

This is a question for Gibb or Tim
Has Fur Harvesters put any consideration into broadcasting live auctions results on-line or having on-line accouts that trappers could check to see results sooner.. similar to NAFA's set up?

I think it will happen sometime (I hope), but wouldn't bet for this year.... Have spoken a few times about it and have had encourging conversations.....cross fingers

The greys were a mixture of trapper goods from mostly eastern states. some of everthing. We are slowly working towards upgrading are system to allow this, but with the present state of the fur market it will most likely be another year before we upgrade, but we are working on it. Cheers Jim
