talked to the local warden today and he told me there is some new law on the books you can`t take any flora , plants, mushrooms etc off land without consent. maybe they can get your `seng thief on it. I figure a way to zap tresspassers without the land owner having to press charges. said he arrested 3 mushroom hunters on it last spring, so evidently been on the books awhile.

Hey bob, Doyle was heading down to G'burg for the ISTA yesterday afternoon. Unless he has a laptop in his camper, he may not see this til Sunday.

Thanks Bob,but that law has been there for ever,If you take something with out the owners permission it is theft.Plus trespassing just that most prosecutes ,won't prosecute.It says in the ginseng law that you must have permission to dig on private ground. I will tell you the whole deal on this Fri.
