Just checked in and didn't see any fresh posts so here is one. Man, I'm ready for Crappie fishin', mushroom huntin', chasin' Turkeys, timber and field management work, cookouts and Gayle's homemade wine once in a while after the works done for the day. I sure don't have to worry about being what some young folks call "Bored". How 'bout it?

Ya I’m ready to catch crappie and eat some mushrooms. Just got home from Florida yesterday after a week. Had plans on what I was gonna do today. This 5” of snow changed my plans lol

I'm never bored either, but sure ready for nicer weather. Cant wait to see the mushrooms and ginseng coming up.

Hearing Thunder right now....rain, rain, and more rain. Seen on FB that someone in Jackson County found a few black mushrooms. Could be true I guess???

Just got out today for a little bit. Caught half a basket of crappie. Might go again tomorrow morning after church. Hope that the rain holds off
