I sold 45 cats and 319 coyotes to kortum out of montana this year. satisfied with the cat prices, but not the coyote prices. out of 360 coyotes he had 36 in a $7 pile. so I kept those 36 and sent them to fha and they sold them from $4.50 up to $65 each. dang, I should have sent the "good" piles to fha too. live and learn!

The good pile may have brought $2. You never know with the auction houses.

you know how it is, grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. I`ve been alternately shafted and then treated like a king, pending the year, by both auction houses. a few guys I talked to avg $6 or so on coons at nafa and the only two guys I talked to both had indiana coyotes at nafa and none sold.

I just had leftovers at FHA this year. 1 coyote that graded II dark brown brought $5. I had thirty some coons. All the 2X and bigger sold at the March sale for 7.67, and about half of the smaller stuff sold at this sale for 1-2 bucks. And Zach wonders why I rolled my eyes when he set a few coon traps this year.

Amish here was buying starlings for 5 cents a piece. Maybe you can get in on that action.
