FUR HARVESTERS AUCTION INC. HAS MAJOR PRESENCE AT
38TH ANNUAL CHINA FUR & LEATHER PRODUCTS FAIR
The 38th annual China Fur & Leather Products Fair was held in Beijing January 10-13, 2012. This
major international fur fair was held in the massive China National Convention Center featuring 288
exhibitors and 14,080 visitors from 15 different countries in about 330,000 square feet of space on
two floors.
Fur Harvesters Auction (FHA) Inc. once again increased its presence at this major fair. FHA conducted
five wild fur grading seminars over the course of the fair, covering all major wild fur species and
attracting hundreds of prospective clients. The timing could not have been better, following
immediately after FHA’s hugely successful January 2012 auction. Increased demand for wild fur is
evident in China, and FHA’s seminars ensure that prospective new customers have the knowledge
they require to purchase our product with confidence.
Visa requests from Chinese customers have increased since FHA started to conduct these seminars
and we expect a major Chinese presence at our March 23 auction to be held in conjunction with ALC
in Seattle.
