any good, tasty, how to cook? found the mother load on a down beech this morning, maybe 15 lb. or more. my mushroom buyer is gone on vacation and no idea when he`ll be back. so guess we need to eat them.

Just season flour and fry in the skillet. Oysters are really good with just about any meat. One of the restaurants asked me if I had any "Dry land fish" and that is what they were talking about. Prep and freeze just like the hens.
