other way around doyle. it`s all you guys make it happen. we just come along for the ride. couldn`t even begin to name all the guys and gals cooking and bringing goodies. quiet as a mouse here now and place so clean no one would ever know it happened. few bags of trash to the dump and that`s it. bet we all sleep good tonight.

the cookout is the highlight of the year and bob and cathy are such gracious host. thanks again, hudsson and i had a great time. went over to charlies at 7B and hung out with bill and johnny till bout 2:00. we left right after johnny had incident with the coyote bait in the trunk of the car parked next to us. Briget is a more understanding than most wives. we got home at 5:00 and in the deer blind by 5:30. had to wake him up at 7;30 when a doe came in at 10yrds. we let her go both to tired and still 80 degrees.

well tell us the details of the "incident". johhny does have a good woman in briget. nathan never did hunt on account of too tired and too hot . we heard a couple shots here and there all directions so guess someone was having to clean hot deer.

Special Thanks for letting my son and I stay Friday evening. We had a great time meeting new people and seeing the ones we already knew . We have been blessed to find such a fine group of folks and this just added to those blessings . The food was great as well , we will come better prepared for next year . Bob, I really enjoyed the story about the farm, thanks for taking the time to share it . Best of wishes to all . Alex and Drake Grable

johnny traded some pee to jim tate for a gallon of his DIABLO coyote bait(good stuff) anyway jim has the lid all taped up good and all but you know how it is when you buy some new bait you gotta sniff it. we all got a sniff an johnny goes to put it in the trunk carrying by the lid an goes to set it in the trunk lid comes off in his hand an jar goes over in the trunk.he made a good save an said didnt lose any as the crowd was leaving,

maybe he can park the car out back with the trunk open and every morning sneak out and slam the lid shut and listen if anything is beating around in there. or if all the sudden he smells skunk real strong. this year is one of those "trading" years I think. doyle and I traded each other 5 gallons of pee. 5 gallons of my pee for 5 gallons of his pee.

I have always got a kick from watching people smell lure what makes humans think they can tell what a critter will like.
P for p is a good deal.
