nope, lisc for BOTH states. hunting and fishing is reciprocal, but not trapping. so need $330 worth of lisc plus proscessing fees to get both lisc. for folks supposedly wanting rid of coyotes I think they are acting goofy, but the law is the law. ms, you can trap coyotes year `round for deer protection, but not in arkansas, there only to protect domestic livestock. suppose anyone that sees a coyote on a deer lease refrains from shooting it during the closed season?unless that sasse guy was just being difficult, but he was pretty plain english no can do after march 31st, no permit no nothing.

That's good to know. Sasse is a strange lot but he is all we have right now. And he does understand that trapping is needed. I'm going to do some checking. Maybe we can get the rec. law changed.

let me know if you find a way I can do it. I don`t mind buy the lisc, I just can`t get cross ways with the law. I can avoid and release any non target no problem, the guy just needs coyotes killed and if not real soon it will be too late to help the fawns this year. plus bugs and rain and heat not getting any better for a long time now.
