east central in, 1/2" total rain since end of june. anything but the best soils and site it`s down and gone as of today. only thing left is a few last of the season deer flys ,and 8 lb. chiggars/acre

I lost alot early in that wet crap and then to dry and now 3"rain,just can't win this year.

doyle, I`d give about anything for that 3". we got missed again yesterday and last night. sometimes I feel this place is cursed. you know how discouraging it is to be in a drought and everything dieing, then everyone but you gets rain and it seems even worse. not like we live long enough for weird stuff like that to even out. here even if we get rain now, it`s too late. the irony is the flooding last spring. I knew at the time we would be a desert before the summer was over.
