I’m ready for the March crappie bite. This year I’m catching as many as I can while they’re biting good. We like our fish fries!!

I’ll catch what I can between baseball practices, gymnastics, 4-h archery, & bathroom remodel for the mrs....

Yea, Dave that is on my bucket list for sure. Still can't get enough of Elk hunting though.

I have ran into Moose in Colorado and most times,they just kinda looked at you and acted like no big deal and kept eating. I grunted times a couple times at a bull moose a couple years ago and he had me thinking I had better quit that fast! Only 40 yards away and my son Jon said "ah, I don't think you better do that anymore. All of a sudden you seen his eyes get wider and hair raise up and he started swinging his head. We backed off and went on our way....that was cool.

RiverRun is my outfitter. I figure if my muskrats bring about $40 apiece I’ll have paid for my trip.

I'm going with Mountaintop Outfitters this fall. Planning on bow hunting but rifle will be close at hand if can't gett'em close enough.
