doyle, I think you will have to do it for fun. I hear just today 2 dealers in iowa and also gary sayers closed their doors and no longer buying. what you have already, if not already sold I`m afraid it`s no value anymore. rats could have value yet but coons are zero.

kind of like planning how many kids to have. sometimes kids just happen. never seen one yet that wasn`t a blessing. sometimes they can be like another coyote on a 3" rain night. well ya wash them up and fluff and dry and it`s all good.

Doyle ol buddy, I'm gonna make you the deal of the year. I'll give you $1 on coon, $2 on beaver. In the round. Just throw them in the floor and go.

I`ll give a dollar for every big possum or coon or coyote or fox or cat or badger head cut off at the neck with the fur on, long as the head isn`t shot or beat to mush. just cut off and give me a little neck and throw in freezer. I`m serious. you can have the weiners and castors and glands and jwr can have the carcase. that`s $2.60 and more than most guys will get for a dried fur and you don`t have to skin anything.

not skulls, the head with fur on. I suppose 200 of each. no super dinks, no rotton, no beat up or head shot. I`d try a few beaver and jack rabbits and skunks too.not all freezer burned a year from now, relatively fresh. just cut off with a knife ir ax and need some neck too. mange is ok even, just not shot or ball batted. pretty much a guaranteed dollar if not worth skinning. 5 second deal and then the freezer room issue.

The 'coon hunter sites are full of guys paying $4-$10 green. So...there are apparently still some buyers that are not in the know...better rape 'em while you can.
