I called mill in Sullivan county, Dods they don't do anything but pallets. I asked them if I came up with a log if they could cut it. Nope too busy making pallets. !!! Every mill within 50 miles only seems to be making pallets!! Got a leed tonight on guy who has his own portable mill. I'll see where that ends up... All this for 6-8 dozen streachers..

Dodds has a big Monsanto pallet contract, we get quite a few semi loads of pallets from there each year.

Matt, if you have somebody saw it, make sure it's a band saw or you'll lose a lot of wood. Everyone will say different but I had mine roughed in at 5/8" and it turned out fine for me. I am turning all my wood into adjustable stretchers for coon and coyote. Going to have a bunch.

Ok pops has a pile of boards still! A bunch went to Montana for cat stretchers but I guess we still got some. I have rounded up 3 more logs so we will be sawing some out as soon as I can get a loader over there to them. I'm gonna go ahead and get a bunch sawed and stocked. Seems like we always looking for more lol

I will have 40 made by tomorrow and loading them with coyotes as fast as they are made. I think 40 will do me. Gotta guy putting it all together for me. Already have boards ripped and planed for a dozens of coyote and coon. I wish I would have got this done years ago. Adjustable is definitely the way to go.
