Tony probably the same thing. I've always just called them wild grapes but some call them "Fox Grapes". Whatever, they made some really beautiful wine and I just tested the first bottle and it turned out great. I found them while we were camping on a public site here in southern IN and I got permission to pick'em and came back prepared. I think we ended up with 18lbs of nothing but grapes..no stems or nothin'. Wine is really a dark purple and when you raise the glass, you sure smell those grapes.

Wife made a home made French Onion soup this evening.....none of that New York City crap out of a can or packet now! I mean she stirred the fresh cut yellow onions in a cast iron pot for an hour to carmelize'em and added a little beef broth and "special" seasonin's and simmered ever so slow.....quit it! Yea, I know! Poured that wonderful stuff in a bowl and put chopped up swiss and provalone cheese on top of the fresh bread crubs that was just put on top of the homemade fresh onion soup in tha bowl. Then put out the fresh grilled home grown well aged sirlion steak that was grilled "rare" on tha Traeger Grill. Then bumped a glass of that home made forevermore good wild grape wine before jumpin' in! Good Lord Almighty, life is good! Hey! If ya work hard, have the good sense to savor life's treasures. It don't have to cost much.....just get it there and do it. ;D Just kidding around guys....have a good one.

Yes it is Dave. Sure can't complain about her cookin'. Now if I could just get her interested in scraping coyotes and coon, I'd have it made. I could have been doing something else for the last 4 hrs this morning. But hey, it's still all good.
